Rule and Guidlines Creation:
- Church leaders are there to serve the congregations.
The congregations and the founders are the only ones that can ratify or rescend new rules or guidelines. - Rules for governing the faith can only be made by the majority approval of the congregations.
They are to be written up, in simple english, and submitted to the congregations for approval. - The Church Founder and the Church Council may draw up guidelines to help guide the church in Church doctrine and beliefs.
Church and Regional Accounting:
- Account records are reviewed quarterly, any discrepancies are dealt with promptly.
- Accounting records for the church and the faith as a whole are availably to any member of the congregation upon request.
- Accounts can be maintained by the founder or two trusted members of the church as long as they are not of the same household or family.
- All accounting records for the faith are updated monthly to the faith’s treasurer.
- Congregation should strive to donate at least 10% of their income to the Church.
- Churches are required,monthly, to send 25% of their income for the month to the Convocational Head Office.
Religious Position Rules:
- Any person holding a position of service to more than one church can be removed from the position on the majority decision of the congregations the person is serving.
- Any person holding a religeous position can be replaced or their position disolved by request of the congregation of the church or churches as a whole if the congregation decides that the person is not holding true to the faith or is detrimental to the church.
- No person serving the faith, in any capacity, can receive funds or anything else from the church than would allow the person to live a humble lifestyle.
- Only the congregation can appoint people into positions of service.
In cases where multiple congregations are concerned, the persons in positions of service can vote for their suggestion, but the congregations make their own decision and do not have to take suggestions into account. - Only service positions of Pastor or higher are eligable for a salary due to the amount of time needed to be devoted to the position.
