Convocational Hierarchy

All positions in the church are positions of service to the congregation. The higher the position, the more responsibility and sacrifice is required.

 

Bishop

One in charge of guiding the efforts of many churches to maximize religeous resources.

To be a Bishop:

  1. must have at least 5 years as a priest.
  2. must have at least two churches to be responsible to.
  3. Must be able and willing to perform all duties of a Bishop.

 

Pastor

The person assigned to lead a church.

To be a pastor:

  1. Must have completed Convocational Seminary Colledge.
  2. Complete counselor training requirements for pastors.
  3. Must complete financial training requirements for pastors.
  4. Must have at least one year as an Elder.
  5. Must be able and willing to perform all duties of a pastor.

 

Honorary Pastor

One that is working to become a pastor.

To be a Honorary pastor:

  1. Positionis only good for one year.
  2. Must be sponsored by a Pastor
  3. Must have at least one year as an elder.
  4. Must be able and willing to perform all duties of a Pastor.

 

Elder

One that is very knowledgeable in the faith and is willing to donate his time and knowledge when it is needed.

To be an elder:

  1. One year as Honorary Elder
  2. Be available to the congregation at least four days a week.
  3. Must be able and willing to preform all the duties of an elder.
  4. Must stay active in the position once attained.

 

Honorary Elder

One that is working towards being an elder.

To be an Honorary Elder:

  1. Must have been a deacon for at least one year.
  2. Position is only good for one year
  3. Must be sponsored by an Elder.

 

Deacon

One who has taken an oath to act as a leader inside a church and helps the Priest in the duties of the church.

To be a Deacon:

  1. At least two years active in the faith.
  2. One year as Honorary Deacon
  3. Able and willing to preform all duties of a Deacon
  4. Must stay active in the position once gained.

 

Honorary Deacon

One that is working toward being a Deacon.

To be a Honorary Deacon:

  1. Position is only good for one year.
  2. Must have been active church member for at least 1 year
  3. Must be sponsored by a Deacon.

 

Leaders

Leaders are there to serve the congregation and help during the services.
